Description
A cosy, tart tea with forest-like notes and a gentle, warming spice. Inspired by the Cailleach, the winter hag of Scottish lore, this blend connects you to untamed landscapes and the transformative cycles of the colder months. Perfect for grounding and bringing a touch of the wild into your day.

Ingredients
Rowan berry, pine needle, ginger root, elderberry, mullein leaf, nettle leaf.

Brewing Instructions
Use 1 teaspoon of the blend per cup of hot water. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes with the cup covered for the best flavour, then strain and enjoy. Enjoy 1-3 cups daily, adding honey if desired.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
