It’s crafted for unwinding and quiet moments of reflection, helping you to see beyond the everyday.

Ingredients
Valerian, chamomile, lavender, passionflower, mugwort*, hawthorn leaf.

Brewing InstructionsUse 1 teaspoon of the blend per cup of hot water. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes with the cup covered for the best flavour, then strain and enjoy. Enjoy 1-3 cups daily, adding honey if desired.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
