Description
A light, fruity tea with a hint of sea breeze and soft floral sweetness. Inspired by the Selkies of Orkney, mystical fae known for their ability to move between sea and land, this blend balances coastal and garden elements to reflect their dual nature. Sip to connect with the refreshing, untamed spirit of the ocean.

Ingredients
Sea buckthorn berry, rose petals, dulse*, apple, marshmallow leaf, spearmint.

Brewing Instructions
Use 1 teaspoon of the blend per cup of hot water. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes with the cup covered for the best flavour, then strain and enjoy. Enjoy 1-3 cups daily, adding honey if desired.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
