Ingredients
Rosehip, elderflower, birch leaf, blackberry leaf, hawthorn berry, cleavers.

Brewing Instructions
Use 1 teaspoon of the blend per cup of hot water. Leave to infuse for 20 minutes with the cup covered for the best flavour, then strain and enjoy. Enjoy 1-3 cups daily, adding honey if desired.
